Cross Recurrence Plot Toolbox

Version 5.24 (R34), last mod. 09-Mar-2022 21:21:16

This toolbox contains MATLAB® routines for computing recurrence plots, cross recurrence plots and their quantifications. The most programmes contain a user-friendly graphical user interface, a pure command-line application of the programmes is also possible.

Further useful tools for data preparation and nonlinear data analysis are included, like tools for normalization of data, aligning the length of two time series, computation of multi-dimensional histograms, multi-dimensional mutual information, entropies, 2D and 3D phase space representation, estimation of AR coefficients etc.

Proceed to the toolbox website:
http://tocsy.pik-potsdam.de/CRPtoolbox

We also provide a powerful commandline based version, which enables to cope with long data series and batch processes:
http://tocsy.pik-potsdam.de/commandline-rp.php.

A comfortable GUI for this commandline tool is available here:
http://people.physik.hu-berlin.de/~schinkel/rqagui.html.

A prototype for estimation of confidence intervals of RQA measures can be found at:
http://people.physik.hu-berlin.de/~schinkel/rqaci.html.
