Multimodal MRI fusion remains an open problem in neural representation learning: existing multi-branch architectures struggle to model nonlinear cross-modal interactions, produce poorly calibrated predictions, and impose computational overhead that prevents lightweight clinical deployment. We present NeuroPrint, a deterministic, parameter-free framework that converts co-registered T1/T2/FLAIR MRI into a single Spatial Recurrence Plot (SRP), a grayscale image encoding cross-modal intensity recurrences as structured textures learnable by standard single-stream CNNs, eliminating the need for task-specific multi-branch architectures. We also introduce KURDI-MRI, the first expert-annotated trimodal benchmark for three-class differential classification (Stroke / Other Lesion / Normal) across 176 subjects. On KURDI-MRI, NeuroPrint achieves 85.4% F1 and reduces mean Expected Calibration Error averaged across the eleven tested backbones by 17% relative to the best per-backbone fusion baseline under identical hardware constraints; on BraTS 2020, included as an out-of-domain pathology stress test rather than external stroke validation, it reaches 90.1% F1 on a pathologically distinct dataset, demonstrating consistent performance across datasets with differing pathology. Across eleven CNN and Transformer backbones, NeuroPrint maintains approximate to 3 & times; lower memory than intermediate fusion and sub-3 s inference. Because the SRP encoding operator is deterministic and parameter-free, NeuroPrint integrates structurally into simulated federated frameworks without protocol modification; evaluated under partitioned non-IID conditions, it demonstrates simulated federated robustness rather than validated multi-center deployment. NeuroPrint degrades only 3.5 pp at alpha=0.1 against 8.2 pp for early fusion, with a formal stability bound established via Lipschitz analysis.
