Analysis of coupling between low-frequency loops in cardiovascular autonomic system in patients with Covid-19 using cross-recurrent plot

The work aims to explore the possibility of using cross-recurrence quantification analysis of low-frequency signals of photoplethysmogram and RR-intervals to assess the condition of patients with Covid-19. We used estimates of synchronization of the control contours of the cardiovascular system in patients in the acute phase and a week since the start of treatment. The results obtained were compared with those published earlier and made it possible to choose a more sensitive method of analysis.
