Algorithmic Profile of End-to-End Information and Measurement Technology Construction and Processing of RAW Image

The article presents a study of the possibility of forming an algorithmic profile of effective end-to-end data Mining technology for construction and processing raster RAW data of space-time image to a standard format for computer vision information systems, fully adapted for all classes of data processing. The analysis of technological operations of a profile is carried out: raw image scanning, image separation and processing, recursive scanning, and also indicators of scanning topology are formed. This will allow a single system base to form a set of specialized programs that do not depend on specific techniques and linking together all the stages of image acquisition and processing.
